So that our students and clients progress safely, we offer a 3-part Kettlebel curriculum.

 

Kettlebells 101:  Learn the skills to competently perform the three foundational kettlebell exercises (the Swing, the Get-Up, and the Goblet Squat

 

  • Kettlebell Swing:
    • Understand why mastery of the kettlebell swing is fundamental to rapid Fat-Loss and high-level kettlebell training
    • How to train hip extension for back and knee health and athletic performance
    • How to recruit the lat as a "core muscle" to improve the spine safety and glute strength
    • Explosive training techniques for more effective fat-loss
    • The deadlift: the most "functional" exercise of all
    • The two-arm swing and corrective exercises
    • The one-arm swing
    • The hand-to-hand swing

 

  •     The Get-Up
    • Engages EVERY Muscle in your body
    • How to correctly perform the get-up
    • How to move from mobility to stability, then from stability to strength—and why this progression is crucial for truly effective kettlebell work
    • The get-up, shoulder mobility and stability exercises.

 

  •     Goblet Squat
    • How to perform the goblet squat and corrective drills

Kettlebells 201: Once you master the fundamentals, you'll want to learn the more advanced Kettlebell exercises (The Clean, the Military Press, the Front Squat and the Snatch - the King of kettlebell exercises for stripping body fat and elite conditioning).   Pre-requisite: Ketllebells 101.

 

Kettlebells 301: If one Kettlebell is awesome, imagine what training with Double Kettlebells will do for your strength and Fat-Loss.  Trust me, excess bodyfat doesn't have a chance to survive. 

 

Now that you've mastered ALL of the single-kettlebell lifts, take your training to the pinnacle by learning the Double Swing, Double Clean, Double Military Press, Double PUsh Press, Double Front Squat, Double Jerk and the Double Kettlebell Snatch.

 

Prerequisite: Ketllebells 201 mastery of all of the single KB lifts.
