I'm glad that you're curious to read about my credentials, because with the ease of self-publishing on the Internet, (and marketing hype), it has become more and more difficult to tell apart the legitimate experts from the self proclaimed "gurus" on the web today.

You Deserve The Best!  When selecting a Fitness Professional, please, do yourself a favor and make sure that you select a PROFESSIONAL trainer with at least: a Bachelors Degree; two or more Nationally Accredited Certifications; verifiable references; liability insurance and a current CPR/First-Aid card.

Equally important, do they look the part?  They don't have to look like a Bodybuilder on steroids, but are they relatively lean and in excellent physical shape? If not, keep shopping.

I started coaching and helping NROTC college students prepare for the US Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, fondly referred to as "Bulldog",  while a student at Morehouse College.  I've been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, corporate wellness consultant and contributing writer since 1992.  My education includes a degree from Morehouse College and several certifications including; the distinguished  Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer credentials. I also hold certifications from the Aerobics & FItness Association of America (AFAA) and the American Red Cross.

The Corporate Wellnes Challenge was developed to improve the health and fitness of Corporate America and was recently featured on Fox News Atlanta Healthwatch. Additionally, our in-home personal trainining business has been featured Internationally on Fox News.

Dr. Dawn Gardner - Dawn Gardner, ND has a Bachelor's in Holistic Nutrition, a degree in Naturopathy and a certification in Reflexology. Her passion is teaching people how to make better choices that will improve their body, mind and soul and put them on track to a healthier lifestyle.

    Chef Tiffany - Chef Tiffany has a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta and will be completing her Bachelors in Hotel/Restaurant Management in a few short weeks. She is a Chef Volunteer and Nutrition Educator for Operation Front Line/Share Our Strength through G-Pan. Her passion lies in helping families learn more about how nutrition and health can be achieved through delicious meals and saving them time along the way. With this in mind, she recently launched Consider It Done, Personal Chef Service, L.L.C. Chef Tiffany is a wife and mother of 6 and also a member of the American Culinary Federation, the United States Personal Chef Association, the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce and is ServSafe Certified.
